Returns

• Returns are accepted within 10 Days of Delivery

• Items must be in new, clean resellable condition (excluding warranty claims)

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• All Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee

• Be sure to include all packaging materials & return item in original retail box

• Improperly packaged products that are damaged in transit are NOT eligible for a refund

• Please do NOT use the product retail box as a shipping box

• Please include a copy of your packing slip and all contact information

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted, as long as the product(s) are in new, clean re-sellable condition.  Parts that have been used or installed are not able to be exchanged.  You will be responsible for the return shipping, as well as the shipping charges to get the new product(s) shipped back to you.  Be sure to package the product with all materials provided in the original shipment, to avoid damages.  Products damaged in transit may not be eligible for exchange.

If you received the incorrect product, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will exchange this for you free of charge.  Please note that the product MUST be new and un-used.  Be sure to package the product with all materials provided in the original shipment, to avoid damages.  Products damaged in transit may not be eligible for exchange.

Damages

To minimize loss of time & product, please follow these steps to ensure your order arrived safely:


• Thoroughly inspect the delivery before signing for the package, and note any visible damage.
• Open the package immediately and check for hidden damages and/or missing parts.
• If damaged parts are received, contact us immediately as we must file a shipping claim within 24 hours.
• If you’re missing parts, double check the packing slip as items may be shipping separately.
