DC5 RSX Clutch Master Cylinder Upgrade Kit
The MPC Clutch Master Cylinder Upgrade Kit is a drop-in kit for the 02-06 RSX that includes everything necessary for a complete, bolt-on installation! This kit is ready to go out of the box, and won’t require you to salvage or swap any parts from your old setup.
Our kit deletes the failure prone clutch dampening diaphragm in the master cylinder, AND the clutch delay valve found in the slave cylinder. The result is smoother and faster shifting with LESS jerkiness and unwanted clutch slip.
Each kit includes a NEW Clutch Master Cylinder, an MPC Billet CMC Spacer, a new SS braided 'tucked' clutch line, and a new Exedy brand slave cylinder.
Choose between a high quality, made in Japan, OEM Nissin Clutch Master Cylinder (CMC), or opt for a more budget-friendly, yet reliable, OE spec Exedy Clutch Master Cylinder (CMC).

1. Unbolt & remove the OEM Clutch Master Cylinder, Slave Cylinder and hardline.
2. Install the MPC Spacer onto the threads of the new CMC, adjust clevis to approximately match your old CMC and bolt to firewall.
3. Install clutch hydraulic lines, new slave cylinder and bleed the clutch system.
4. Adjust CMC clevis (on pedal) so that the CMC is fully disengaged when pedal is not depressed.
